Interview with the organizers by Honey Al Sayed
The revival of Syria’s peaceful civil society. A scream for peace above all violence. It’s time to hear and see the Syrian narrative with the “Stand 4 Syria” Art Festival, which will take place from 7 to 11 April 2015 in Edinburgh and St Andrews in Scotland. It marks the fourth anniversary of Syria’s uprising-turned-conflict and aims to create awareness of the country’s non-violent citizen movement and to raise funds for the education of Syrian refugee children to help them grow into positive agents of change.
Be part of the humanization of Syria and positive change, and listen SouriaLi special interview hosted by Honey Al Sayed with Abed, a Syrian journalist and a fellow at the Center for Syrian Studies at the University of St Andrews and one of the organizers of ‘Stand4Syria’ Art Festival.
